Refund & Return Policy

At Legal Desk India, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of services involving legal documentation and government filings, we follow a strict refund policy.

1. No Refund on Completed Services:

Once a service request has been processed or submitted to a government portal, no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by error
  • Service not initiated within 7 working days of payment (excluding weekends/holidays)

3. Refund Process:

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

4. Cancellation:

If a request is made for cancellation before document processing begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
